Hi, We have incident management Cloud implemented using Opsgenie to escalate the alerts. We have integrated the two products, and we are using "Affected services" and the responders fields to generate the opsgenie alarms in the incident creation. This works wells, and the main alarm has the incident ticket linked in Opsgenie, but the incident ticket doesn't have the linked main opsgenie alarm...
Is there a way to link a service management incident tickets to opsgenie alert?
