JETI: Subject does not change when changing email template in manual mode

Hi all,

we have different templates in manual mode with different subjects. If we set a tempalte as a default via context the subject is set to the template defined subject. If we now want to use a different template with a different subject structure only the body will change but not the subject. If we blank the subject the coorect subject will be added on sending the email. 

If we leave the Email template blank in the context, we can change the templates and the correct subject will be used. Unfortunately some users may forget to change the template and then the default will be sent which is not wished as all fields will be added. 

Is there a way to make the change of subject possible or to edit the default?

Hey Bruce,

Was an answer ever found for this? I've noticed that JETI has started to do the same for me and requires us to click a refresh button next to the subject to have the new subject appear. It did not used to do this.

no, we decided in the end to have a generic subject which is not the best solution
