We have the JIRA Server Mobile App in use. When a customer starts a service request with approval via the customer portal today, the approver is informed by email that a request requires his approval. I would expect to see a notification in the JIRA Server Mobile App of the approver, but unfortunately this is not the case. Also, the approver does not have access to the request via JIRA Server Mobile App. What setting must be made in the Service Desk so that approvers can approve their requests via the JIRA Server Mobile App?
