I am seeking a JQL query for the following scenario.
Working Days: (Monday - Friday)
Working Hours: (7:30 - 23:30)
Off-Working Hours: (23:30 - 7:30)
Is there a JQL query that shows the issues created after working hours or created during off working hours?
I want to define different SLAs for off-working hours.

I'm afraid you can't do that with Jira out of the box. You need to use an app that supports working calendars.
