JSM Project Form - If X is selected no approver If Y is selected approver

Hello,

I am editing a completed form within JSM under one of our projects.

There is one question that has a YES / NO radio button attached to it.

I would like to set this up so within the form, if the user selects YES then there should be no approver once the form is submitted. If the user selects NO then the normal approval process is in place.

How do I set this up? I can't seem to find anything within workflow for this.

Any support would be greatly appreciated.

So based on the Yes/No a different transition from the initial state in the workflow should be triggered.

So based on the choice in the form the issue use the correct transition to follow the approval process in the flow or skip this process.

Automation could provide int this, but it depends on the design of your workflow.
