Hi All
I have a requirement to move the Jira as below -
Workflow Status = Escalated and Assignee = Y to be moved to Workflow Status as "Resolved" in 3 business days. This should skip Sat/Sunday, can this be done in Jira?

You will have to setup an SLA that kicks off when it moves to the status in the workflow. Then have an automation the runs when the SLA is breached.

On the SLA configuration you can specify a calendar to use when doing the calculation.
In that calendar you just don't enable the weekends.
