Jira Calendar for routine tasks / changes

Hi All,

Im looking for a simple change calendar to add into our Service Management Project, to allow me to log future tasks in so the whole team have visibility.  (quarterly work, change requests etc).  

We use this project centrally for change requests, incidents so it would be good if we could track upcoming work in the same place.  Bonus if it can integrate with Slack also!

There is OOTB feature called Change Calendar to visualize the requests in calendar.

We will get "Change Calendar" option if we have enabled "Change Management" in features settings.
