Dear All,

Is there way to sync the data and status of two different JIRA accounts in two tenants. Customer wants to know whether our JIRA account could sync with theirs, so that they can create a ticket in their JIRA and our JIRA account would receive it. What type of account do we need to achieve this?whats process

Hi @Eitzaz Haider ,

Yeah - something like this is possible. I would recommend using Jira automation and web requests (and this would apply to both cloud-to-cloud, or cloud-to-DC syncs), but you could also explore some syncing apps from Marketplace (e.g. Backbone or Exalate).

It's in Croatian but you could use the browser translate option to your desired language (I have to find the time to make Eng. version of it 👀)
