×On Friday the Jira Service Agent was enabled on our Portal without discussion. We have not enabled this as we are not happy with the responses that it has been providing.
I have now been informed that if I want this customer facing feature to be turned off, I need to turn off all AI features within JSM for my agents.
This was not the issue last week. Why have you made this change?
Rovo and JSA (IMHO) are not ready for general consumption. If they are, and we don't have the correct configuration or supporting knowledge to drive it, then this should be my decision to decide when we are ready.
At this point I feel my only choice is to turn off all AI features.
Any ideas Atlassian?
HI @Simon_Francis ,
If you are referring to virtual service agents, you can turn them off by following the documentation below:
Hope this helps as you get answers on why it was turn on for your site.
Thanks @Benjamin it was on the portal that I wanted to disable it.
We found were the setting has been moved to. This wasn't there on Monday, and It looks like the "All or nothing response" provided may have been premature.
For those looking to toggle this off, it is in your portal settings.
