Jira Service Desk - cannot access to Queues of issues

Hi,

Anyone can share the solution for this issue. It shows the code on UI and I cannot access to Queues of Jira Service Desk, it keeps loading and loading.

Hi Hoa, 

I does seems like something is blocking the site completely load. Could you have a try at the following to isolate the issue? 

1. Clear browser cache so old information is cleared.
2. Run in incognito mode to see if this affected by the browser's extension.
3. Are other machines affected?
4. Check your browser console to see if any errors are being logged, chrome documentation for reference.
