I believe that this question could be already answered, but I haven't found nothing :(
We are considering buying Jira Service Management for our company.
The whole company is 250+ people. We will have ~30 agents.
We have all our users in Active Directory. We want to sync them with Jira, so they can leave some requests to our agents. It can be done via Atlassian Access if I am not mistaken.
The question is: do we need an Atlassian Access account for ALL users in our company (250+) - to allow them to use Service Management? Or do we just need Atlassian Access for 30 agents?
Thank you.
Welcome to the Community!!
Whoever needs to use at least one application and count towards license will be billable in Atlassian Access
So Customers are not billable here
If only ~30 agents need access for JSM and not all the 250+ people.
You can go ahead and request a quote for 30 agents from Atlassian
Let me know if you have any further queries
