Jira Service Management - assign sub tasks upon changing assignee?

Hello, I'm looking to create a project automation that upon changing the 'assignee' on a parent issue all the containing subtasks are then assigned to the same agent. 

After looking at the automation rules I could not see an option to edit sub tasks (only create new ones). 

Is this possible? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is absolutely possible.  You want to use branching.  Here's an example of how it can work:
