I’m reaching out because we are currently experiencing an issue with Jira Service Management: the system does not allow us to activate the payment to continue using the service. When attempting to activate, the system returns an error and prevents us from proceeding.
Could you please assist with this as soon as possible? Specifically:
- Identify why the payment activation is blocked.
- Guide us through the steps needed to resolve the issue or complete the activation.
We are operating in a cloud environment and rely on this activation to avoid service disruption.
