Normally when someone submits a new ticket in Jira Service Desk the Organization is automatically filled in the Organizations field. After the latest Jira update 8.22.0 this is no longer automatically filled in for our Jira Service Desk projects when someone submits a new ticket. Can someone help me?
Hey, as addition to my colleague Vincent's post:
- we have multiple projects, each with their own seperate queues and each project with it's own seperate group of support agents that used to have their own organization automatically added when they create a support ticket.
- we're changing the organization manually at the moment to enable those customers to look up tickets within their own organization + we need to be able to generate our weekly reports for the various tennants.
+ we're not the original "creators" of this dashboarding, nor are we real JSD experts. We've been browsing the forums (which have great and advanced info), but actually don't know where to find the cause + solution on our end :(.
