I'm interested to learn whether there is a possibility to integrate FreshService with Jira Software.
Background: Is it possible that for tickets in Fresh Service an issue in Jira Software (cloud) will be generated so that we can add work coming from tickets can be added to the scrum and kanban boards.

I note a couple of integration add-ons in the Marketplace for Freshdesk and wonder if it would work with Freshservice. You might contact the vendor. You could also consider using the APIs to create your own integration.
