Limit transitions to issues from your project

Hi all, 

I have a "global" board for feature for x amount of projects.

I want that only POs are able to move features of their specific projects, developers to not be able to move any features and for the technical lead to be able to move all features. Right now the "Transition issues" permision is set to all possible issues for everyone. Is there a way to obtain this?

You can add "conditions" to transitions.  The off-the-shelf ones. include "only group X can do this" and "only role Y" type functions, but you can have many of them and combine them in different ways.
