Hello,
I have created a JSM Project (company-based) and am trying to add a Confluence knowledge base to it so that I could display some documents on my Portal. However, when I go to the `Knowledge base` section, click the `Try now` button, and try to link my Confluence space, I am getting the message: "No other Confluence sites are available in your organization".
I have confirmed that the spaces are part of the same organization as both of the URLs (the JSM project and the Confluence space) I am trying to add start with the same domain: "organization_name.atlassian.net".
To make it weirder, another project already has the knowledge base set up using the Confluence space I want to use.
Does anyone have any idea why my Confluence spaces are not popping up as options when trying to link it?
Thanks
Turns out that I had a misunderstanding and do not require assistance anymore.
What was your 'fix'? Ran into the same issue on our JSM project, confluence site is on the same domain as JSM site.
