Hello, dear Jira community.
My name is Emil, and I am currently facing a little struggle with mail.
So when a new issue is created and assigned to employee, they should receive an email about that. Everything works fine, but as far as it concerns one user, they cannot receive email in outlook.
I have tested sending test mail from System -> Mail -> Send mail - it works, they receive this test mail.
When it comes to assignee notification email, they can't. I checked the Mail queue and seems mails sent first stuck in Mail queue, and then they fall under Error Queue tab.
I thought maybe I should check logs, but I don't understand how can I perform it?

Your best option is the atlassiaon-outgoing-mail.log
