Managed Service Reporting

Hi all,

 

Looking to see if anyone is in the same boat in regard to reporting.  We are a Managed Service Provider, and have a requirement to put together monthly reports for customers and present them.   We have around 40 clients now and im looking for a more time efficient way to produce reports direct from Jira for;

  • Tickets - Created vs resolved
  • Changes - Created vs completed
  • SLA - Met vs missed

I can pull the raw data from Jira for this, but putting it into a nice readable format with graphs etc for clients is very time consuming and im wondering if there are any plugins or 3rd party tools that can extract this data from Jira automatically.

Better Excel Exporter for Jira Cloud comes with a built-in set of Jira Service Management reports like:

  • Service Request Status
  • Service Request SLA Report
  • Service Request Approver Report
  • Change Status Report
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Report
  • Incident Categorization Report

Hi @Dan Allenby

Lot of plugins are available in the marketplace.

You will need a plugin that allows you to filter by the customer and allows you to export the info. Some options are rich filters and eazybi.

The marketplace partner will recommend theirs. Make sure you trial them and see what meets your requirements.
