Migrate ServiceNow Reports To JSM

Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice in migrating ServiceNow reports to JSM.

a) Is this even possible (using software perhaps)?

b) Do reports have to be re-added from scratch in JSM?

c) Has anyone had to do this aspect of SN to JSM migration?

Initially I would think that b) would be the only way, having looked at JIRA reports and their use and structure.

Any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance.

There isn't any way to import reports. Reports in JSM are driven by filters. You wouldn't want to re-create the SN filters in JSM. So yes option b).

@Kieron L. Jones hi! I'd like to add another option: if you're open to exploring a 3rd party solution, check out ZigiOps connector. It can easily be used for migration without limitation to the migrated data. It's all customizable. Feel free to drop us a line.
