Modification of customer notification

Hi, in Jira Service Management cloud I need to edit the customer notification. Specifically Approval required. I need to edit the address in the body of the message. There is always a "Hi Reporter Name". I need to modify the reporter to replace the approver's name. I can easily add the address of the approver there, but I can't remove the address of the reporter. Where can it be removed? Thanks

Hi Marek,

I can't seem to make my cloud site perform this same behavior.  Could you try to use the Revert to default link on that page?  I suspect that there might be something amiss with your environment here if you're seeing text in the preview that isn't contained within the Content window.

If this problem persists, them you might want to reach out to your site-admin in order that they can create a support ticket with us.  That way our Cloud support team could take a closer look at your environment to better understand why this feature might be behaving in this unexpected manner here.
