New User Not Receiving Email

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have an employee, J Feroj, who, like in other posts, is not receiving the invite emails from JIRA/Confluence like all the other employees before, and after, him.

I have tried twice over the last three months to get him added to our team, but with no luck.  There is no sign of any emails in his junk folder, and our internal IT team has not indicated that there is any reason on our end why the email would be rejected.

Are you able to see if there are any bounceback messages coming from our corporate server when the invite email is sent?

@Telematics Admin , Atlassian Support does watch the community boards but sometimes they miss a post or don't see it right away. The fastest way to get help with your issue is to open a support ticket directly with Atlassian Support. You can do this from within you Cloud site our by visiting support.atlassin.com.
