Notifications During Migration of Opsgenie to Operations

Hello! Our team is currently in the process of testing/validating the migration of Opsgenie to Operations in our sandbox environment. We still have Operations on and completed the migration. I did a test alert and found an interesting use case: I received the mobile app notification from Jira, while I received the SMS, Voice, and email from Opsgenie. Will notifications remain coming from Opsgenie until it is completely shut off? Is the expected process to get notifications from both during the transition period of the migration? Any information regarding notifications during the migration period would be helpful. Thanks!
