OLA management

Hi,

Is there any OLA management within Jira, like there is for SLA management?

I'm afraid it has nothing explicit. I see people adding SLAs to cover OLAs and naming them with OLA in the name so they can see what they're about.

Hi Jennifer,

Our team has just released the HelpDesk app version with OLA. The functionality is quite basic yet, but we have great plans for its improvement.

We'll be happy if you try the app and give us feedback on the OLA functionality.
