I have connected my JIRA Service Management project to create service request from emails sent to my companies support email. The connection worked.
I then sent a test email to the connected email account and a service request was created. I thought that everything was working fine.
The next day; I found that 5 additional service request were created in JIRA Service Management; but more than 15 emails had been sent to the connect email. The email log in JIRA showed that one of the emails was rejected; but did not indicate that the others were seen. Why would JIRA not pick up all emails sent to the email account?

Were All the e-mails sent by registred costumers?
