One of the User Not visible to assign tasks even it shows in user management

Hi All,

Good day!

I have added the users 7 for free plan jira cloud, but out of 7 users one of the user not able to assign tasks rest for all i can assign the tasks 

what could be the issue can someone help me in this please. PFB.. for reference.

Hi @Govardhan Reddy 

Have you checked that the user has the necessary permissions to be assigned issues? Check permission scheme and verify if that user has "Assignable User" permission for the project(s). You may need the project role/group of the user as well. Also check if the user has got the application permission.

@Tuncay Senturk  Thanks for your response. I can see his name when I mention him in task comments. I've also added him to a group with six other active members. However, I’m unable to assign any tasks to one of the users—there's no option available, please share navigation.

in the right side neither i can not assign nor he can not assign himself

Seeing the user while mentioning in the comment does not verify that the user is assignable user for an issue in that project. You need to check project permission scheme.

Now i did one more as i was not able to assign any task to him i been suspended him now i can remove that suspended option what to do please help me now two things

1. How to remove suspended access to user 

2. how can i assign task as i do ot see any project scheme

Since you have suspended the user, you need to reactivate. Go to Jira Administration > User Management and find the user and reactivate the user.

Fir the permission scheme, I think you are on free plan and permission schemes are not available. If that's the case, go to People under the project settings and  ensure that the user is added with the correct role.

thanks a lot @Tuncay Senturk for you help and i been reactivated the suspended user now i have sent invitation which is in screen below

but he never get the mail alert for accessing the task still he is active user and i been added him to correct project as below image he is part of all 7 users
