Hi Community-
I'm uncertain the best way to do this one. I'm trying to report on all my open tickets but as a time series. Open would include: open, waiting on cust, in progress.
I'm trying to go back and report on historical data (please see below). A burn down or a simple closed vs open doesn't quite get me there. Curious if there's a hack for this.

Example: Open tickets as of the following dates : 1.1.24 , 2.1.24, 3.1.24
