Outgoing Mail issue

Hi,

currently I have the problem, that I don't recieve Mails form one of our Service Management Projects.
The notifications for agents are not affected.

The problem is only about mails like 'Request created'. I compared all settings with other Service Management Projects where it works.

 

Does anyone have a similar problem and can help?

Update:
I created a new Service Management Project with the excat same configurations....
and it works.
