We have two service management projects, one that is public (anyone who registers can see the services in the customer portal) and another that is private (only employees / assigned customers can see these services).
Is it possible to automatically grant "Service Desk Customer" access to the private project based on their email domain? Any users who register on the customer portal should be given access to the private portal's services if their email account is in the xzy.com domain.
Can this be done?
