I think I understand the rules on this, but I want to make sure:
Comments set to Reply to Customer in a sub-task will *not* send an email to the reporter of that subtask.
However, using @ mention for the reporter (provided they are an agent), *will* send an email.
Whilst the Reply to Customer will always (standard config) send an email to the reporter for the standard issue types.
Do some organizations/teams just use @ mention as a best practice to avoid confusion?
