Hi, does anyone know if there is capability for phone call routing and how it can be achieved? Specifically, what we are trying to do is when our customers call in, it routes them to an AI that has them select if they need to modify their membership, and then it sends them a link via text. I know this feature may not be available on the free plan, however, if our team can justify the product(s) for several business needs, we may be able to persuade our leaders.

Unfortunately the phone routing capabilities are not available in JSM. I suggest you create a feature request and see if Atlassian puts it in their roadmap.
