Ability to jump to forms directly under Portal Group
Having been asked if there is a way to jump directly to a form underneath of a Portal group, without a second click...I thought there was a way, but am having trouble finding it again.
Was wondering if anyone knew a way to do it...for one portal group only?
Can we go from how things flow such as in this image below of 3 screens for just ONE Portal group, to where a user clicks on the Portal Group tile (maybe TechSupport) and sees the form presented right there? Skipping over the middle step?
(I would click on Ask the Community → Ask a Question on the Atlassian site...if that link would actually work instead of spooling, so asking it here instead.)
