Hi @Angel Ferreira 

You can use ScriptRunner for Jira to send custom email with attachments as well. You will find some code examples here.

I guess that report file will contain information from the issue? You can easily create html or text based file and send it as an attachment. You can also pick files attached on the issue and send those via email.
