Recently we upgrade to the latest versions of jira service management server version an automation for jira plugin stop to work.
Executing a new rule an error message appears showing an unknown error.
Auditing rule log it seems it is working but never ends.
Reviewing server logs there are many mysql exception, syntax error exceptions, tables doesn't exist errors, etc.
Can anybody know how to solve it?
Thanks for the link @Stefan Salzl, but we still are working on server version where the functionality is now not provided, so we were using Jira Automation Plugin till now.
Hi @csuc
This could be due to some changes that automation for jira is now native functionality in Jira DC (like it is in Jira Cloud).
Maybe the following link could help:

Best
Stefan

hi @csuc ,
got it. I think the dependency between versions still exists. Which versions (both: Jira + Plugin) did you/would you like to install?
