Best way to sort the backlog?

We have many components and I want to filter the backlog by certain ones. Is quick filters the only way to do this? Just worried that the amount of quick filters will soon be very large.

Great question and interesting use case, I would recommend creating a dashboard instead and use the two dimensional filter statistics. But to view that information from the backlog location it looks like the only option is to create individual quick filters for each component. 

Few quick questions below...

• Are you using versions in the project currently? (If version are created, you might be able to filter off those easier in the backlog view) 
• Are you using a Kanban board for a Jira Service Management project?
