Hi, community.
I'm importing data for a customer and one of the attributes the they want is Key. As I understand it, Key is a system field and cannot be added as a label.
The customer is moving from Server to Cloud and there are a number of links between regular Jira cases and Assets.
I haven't been able to import the Key - always get this error: "You must select this attribute mapping as an identifier if the destination attribute is a system attribute".
Is this mission impossible?

Do you have found a solution for that problem?
Facing the some problem.
Hi, Rocco.
Sorry for the late reply, only saw your response this morning.
If I remember correctly, my workaround was creating a new attribute called Old_key or something like that and then importing the key into that attribute.
I never received a response here and googling didn't help at the time. Someone at my workplace suggested to me this was one way and since was sufficient for the customer at the time, I went with that.
