Can we map "Your Location" from Okta

Hi there,

I can see in all our users profiles the 'Your Location' is empty, it would be amazing to be able to map that as part of our sync from Okta but I cannot find any information anywhere that says what we should setup in relation to the attribute mapping section in Okta to push to Atlassian.

If we had this populated we could use it for all sorts of ticket routing automation due to us having studios in multiple countries.

Any ideas on how to achieve this one?

Hi @Steven Lees-Smith   - Not sure if you already solved this issue, but if you're open to using an app, I would like to share a potential solution that may help in this scenario: MindPro Sync.

This app allows you to integrate OKTA, Azure AD, or OneLogin with Jira and JSM and retrieve user attributes (phone, location, department, etc..), map them in Jira custom fields and display this data directly Jira issues or JSM requests (and portal)
