Hello everyone, I have a problem, and it seems that no matter whether I've changed the property or adjusted the follow-up functions in the workflow, whenever I mark a ticket as "completed," it still appears in the ticket system. Can someone help me with this

Hello @Alexander Onoprienko

Welcome to the community.

A similar conversation is ongoing on the closed tickets are still displaying in the board. It is actually due to the column statuses not mapped properly.

Where are you seeing these issues? Do you have a filter that explicitly filters out issues in a closed status? Are you looking at queues? Completed issues don't get deleted, you just don't include them in certain views. The Status Category is great for handling this, as you don't have to filter out all completes statuses individually (closed, completed, resolved, etc.)
