Hello - I hope I explain this well enough.  I have a form where I'd like to make it easier on the customer to not have to fill out duplicative information but be able to copy over all data within a column to the next column (as in the pic attached).  By just checking the checkbox at the top of the column, can the data from the Scale #1 column copy over?

Hi @Larry Miracola 👋

Love the use case. There isn't a way to do that as a user fills in the form.

In theory you could use the checkbox as an automation trigger and build a series of automations to copy data from Scale 1 to Scale 2 fields. In order to use form field data, each form field needs to be linked to a Jira field or custom field.
