Hello Community, I appreciate your valuable support.
I have a Jira Service Management Cloud Instance.
In the customer portal, the "share with" field does not allow you to create a private issue or without an organization, such as "sharing with anyone".
We have different organizations and the clients belong to each of them, we already know that the field cannot be hidden and that it is under review for updates in Atlassian, however, we understand that the client could create a issue as private and prefer not to share it with the organization.
Could you please tell us how to configure it or if this is possible?
Thanks a lot
Hi @Manuel Alejandro Rodriguez Muñoz
Could you please check the "shared with" configuration below:
As a Jira administrator, go to Cog icon > Products > Configuration (under Jira Service Management).
Try set the option as No, don't share.... and check if the message persists in Portal when the ticket will be created as No One.
PS. The button Share With will only be visible if a customer belongs to an organization. If you don’t want them to share tickets, the best option is to remove them from the Organization.
Regards,
Caio
