Dependant fields in Jira forms

Hey everyone,

I am trying to create some dependant fields in a Jira form but noticed the options are quite limited. 

I am trying to realise the following:

A multiselect dropdown list with all the applications used in our organization.

I'd like the options in the list to be filled depending on an option selected in another (single) dropdown list.

There's several apps available in the marketplace. Can anyone recommend one that would help me realise the above? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. I reached out to you guys a few weeks ago. Natalia and Vitalii were awesome in helping me out and thinking along but unfortunately we weren't able to realise the above using Smart Jira Forms.
