Dependent Dropdown is not listed in Automation Rule (Team-Managed project)

Hello everyone,

I have an issue. Let me describe it

1, I have a Team-Managed Jira project.

2, In that Team-Managed project, I created a Dependent Dropdown custom field named "Region/Office"

3, I created an Automation rule to verify the "Region/Office" field. But I could not find that field in the Issue fields condition

My Question: Is the Dependent Dropdown not listed in Issue fields condition of Automation rule?

Welcome to the community.  Can you confirm if the field in question that it's context is setup for your project?  Secondly, are you using FORM configuration for your JSM project's issue creation? 

If you are using FORM's setup, then you need to check your FORM's configuration to see if the specific element is actually mapped (linked) to an existing custom field used in your project or not.

Please advise, so we can better assist you.

I appreciate your prompt response.

In the Team-Managed project, I solely created the Dependent Dropdown field. There is no field context and no FORM creation.

For more information, I also created a Dropdown field, and It's able to be selected in the Issue fields condition in the Automation rule.

I believe that in the Automation rule/Issue fields condition, Dependent Dropdown field is not listed. But I need a document or explaination for that.
