On the previous created ticket description not showing on the Jira. Also not reflecting if we are creating new jira ticket as well.
This issue is resolved by changed the configuration of Description field option under action Renderer to Wiki Style Renderer

Please observe attached image. Check your field where it's missed in the configuration by clicking on find your field option. It will show the possible causes.
