Hi I'm using jira service desk cloud version, but i can't see number of sub-task

The numbering of subtasks seems to be only there for the Server env by default, this the numbering attribute is not even something that one can enable or disable.  This attribute display is not available for the Cloud env as far as I know.

The only other recommendation will be taking a look at third party add-on to get what you wanted - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212709/issue-matrix?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

In your first link you are using Cloud version and the second link is Server version.
