When receiving an email notification regarding a user's JIRA ticket we've noticed that the description is being displayed 3 times. This occurs regardless of the the type of notification, status update, issue created etc.
For e.g
I've had a look at all the email notifications, notification scheme, templates etc. and everything looks right. Not sure what could be causing this issue?

When you navigate to the specific Project -> Project Settings -> Customer Notifications -> Edit Templates (top of page), what does the template look like there?
Does the preview at the bottom display the content more than once?
If you navigate to Customer Notifications -> a specific template, does *that* preview show the content more than once?
