I have an issue with my jira service manager. When i create the request type i configure the layout of fields on formularie, but when save the configuration, on my customer portal the formularie works fine for a litle moment, after it's lost all configuration and only show the field resume.
Whi i face this issue ?

Now i see the message, if i use the field on request formularie, i can't use on visualize formularie.

Are you the only project admin for the project in question? If not, there is a chance for other admins changing the request type without communicating with each others, thus impacts your setup.
