I am a relatively new user of jira software, I just sent invitations to 6 members of my team but they haven't received the mails, i sent it a couple of times more, they are yet to receive any notification invite.

 

Kindly help me with a solution.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

 

There are couple of steps which you can follow to resolve the issue.

 

1. Please check the junk or trash in the users mailbox. There could be a chance the invitation is moved to trash or junk folder.

 

2. There might be a chance you have utilized all the user licenses in your cloud account. That can be validated from admin.atlassian.com

 

3. There might be a chance that email address in bounce back to Atlassian SMTP server. So for this please open the ticket with the support team at the follow url: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
