How can I add a new billing account?

How can I add a new billing account if the previous billing account user has left the company and their account is suspended due to a domain change?

I've gone with what was mentioned in that post but I recommend a faster way in order to do the necessary actions requested by our Finance Team.

• View and manage billing.
