Hello there,
I want to make a notification (by a workflow rule for example) that sends customized message to some e-mail address (or even addresses)
For example,
1. If some issue is founded / created, the dev team to be acknowledged
2. if it's moved to DONE, the sales team (different e-mail address) to know
Any ideas, suggestions would be warmly appreciated
Kind regards,
Chav
Hi Chavdar!
what you have described can be accomplished in various ways, some of these could be:
- creation of specific notification transition in workflow
- in automation for Jira the action "send email"
Hope it helps.
Best,
Alberto
Thanks much Alberto,
I have this achieved networking in different opts in workflow rules. Anyway, your response still makes sense, because it showed me that I am in a right direction
If you don't mind, I would like to ask another question:
I am attempting to create new project "Jira Service Management" and it asking me to ask site admin for approval to get free trial. I assume I should be notified, but nothing from anywhere. Below is the confirmation, where I am wrong?
