How can I release the reports?

There are reports for the assets under the schemas, but not everyone can see them. How can I release the reports for users? Do they have to be admin?

 If you click on the three dots, it only says “Delete”

Currently only Admins in assets can see and create reports.

thank you, that could be it. Do admins automatically have early access? Because I don't remember signing up for it.
